As I've said before this guy is very cool. I love the bit of black you've done around his eyes and the markings on his arms, little details like that. One thing I have to compliment you on, also, is that its great to see a full-size wingspan on a character. I've noticed normally the wingspan is shrunk and looks kinda small and awkward on the character, but Dar's looks good and fits him well in terms of its size.
