I like the way you drew your 'sona, but I notice the very different face. I read that you used a photo for ref, but was this a conscious choice to give a more humanoid appearance- just for the one image- or just a matter of work in progress, developing your look?

More of a conscious choice for this picture, a lot of times I can't find a good reference that really has the look I want to capture, so I looked through some of my photos from family albums and used a picture of me in my suit. I wanted this one to be more a kemonomimi style, me wearing a mask and wings instead of my fursona. Though I am always working on developing the look for myself and my other characters I've drawn. This picture was actually inspired by a daydream, sort of a fantasy I was having at the time. Living in this enormous tree house surrounded by a garden with plants and fungi dedicated to the three aspects of the Morrigan.
