I..... don't know what to say, because I like the design, I like the idea, I just don't know how to praise it without sounding stupid. She looks great, and there aren't enough goats.

Hm. I hope you don't mind me suggesting, but maybe move the horn up a little bit, and make it a smidgen smaller. Looks a little like a hat. Other then that, nice character design.
