On a whim, opted to do a little practice sketching tonight. Need to work on musculature and proportions still, I think, as well as foreshortening.
Overall, a very rough sketch (and thus taken with camera phone instead of scanned), but not bad as a start. If I can finish the left hand, I'll see if I can't do a cleaner version for posting.
