I’ve decided to collect those artists, who inspired/motivated/influenced me the most in the last 10 years, and draw a picture for them.
This one is for the long gone Venator Somniorum, because her art inspired me more than anything when I was 15-16. Not to mention that through her I found a lot of good artist. Maybe she dissapeared, and I don’t love her pictures as much as I used to (I still love them in a nostalgic way), but she took a great part in developing my own style.

She inspired me a lot, too. I do like her pictures a lot, and not in a nostalgic way, plus I like her old fur tutorial.
I like this take on Malaria...detailed outline, but mainly simple textures. All of the purples and yellows work together, while the relatively desaturated look is rather calming. Finally, I like how you shined the hooves, though I like the buccal mucosa (the jaw membranes) on the tail mouth, which is an interesting take on the original.
