The Thy'lek Shran Class Torpedo Cruiser is a design I came up with as a more advanced version of the Andor Class Torpedo Cruiser seen here.

This class of warship was built by the Andorians as a contribution to Starfleet. She is named after Commander/General Shran, who helped the NX-01 Enterprise on many occasions prior to the founding of the Federation. The USS Thy'lek Shran itself has the registry number of NCC-2142, the year that Shran was promoted to commander of the warship Kumari.
