His body is small; the shirt looks that way due to how it being wraped around his big undies, so it's the diaper's fault still... ^///^;
The arms and legs match the body under the shirt in my opinion. I tried to match them a lil better in the drawing I'm about to post though, so I'll keep trying to make them better :3
