This drawing was offered to me almost ten years ago as a true unexpected gift by the Furry ~~artist~~ legend Dingoroo. I was so truly impressed and speechless that I never dared asking him anything about the contexte of this picture.

Heh. I'm imagining something like, the government used sleeping gas on him so they could take him to a secret location, and he'd have no idea where he is. Either that, or they just wanted to play with some sleepy paws.
