This is Carn, who though visually similar to a wyvern was intended to be more of a reptilian monsteroid. :) He's a feisty, hotheaded, snarly little thing who is prone to verbal outbursts and bouts of extreme emotion. His tail flame is a good indicator of his emotional state; the more bright and chaotic it's burning, the more likely he's feeling strongly about something. (And by strongly, I probably mean angry.) :P He has limited control of his own body temperature, which is tied directly to how hotly his tail and side spots are burning. However, it also allows him to be a semi-warm cuddle buddy, which can be extremely helpful if you're out in the cold wilderness somewhere and unfortunately forgot a blanket. (Obviously these ideas are all my own, you're free to adopt or discard any and all of them that you deem fit!)
