My entry for ElkArt's contest over at dA. They have an interesting OC called Ronei, which is the one of the right. I really liked his design so I decided to jump in. Pretty sure I'm not gonna win first prize, or anything, but painting this was fun! The character on the left is my own, a vampire pony named Aorta Rose. They seemed the type to hang together

But WOW, this came out way more colorful then I expected... I had been thinking this would have been kinda gloomy and eery, but instead a crazy, textured color explosion happened. I'm still not sure how I feel about it... Maybe I'll mess with it some more later. At least it's fun to look at!
