A badge I've been working on. Not happy with the eyes, but other than that he came out pretty good.
The building included is the old Singer Building in New York City. It was the tallest building from 1908 to 1909. The building was demolished amid much controversy in 1968 and replaced by the eyesore known as 1 Liberty Plaza. The demolition of what was at the time a New York landmark caused a lot of bitterness and helped bring the New York Historical society to prominence. The Singer building is and has always been one of my favorite early skyscrapers and this badge was started more or less as an excuse to include it in a picture with my fursona. http://nyc-architecture.com/GON/GON003.htm

what's the problem with the eyes, mate? By the way, you always impress me with all your buildings, they're all very well done.
By the way, why do you think being a macro is nice? I always wanted to ask about that to someone... Because, I mean, it would be a bit uncomfortable, wouldn't it? Not having a decent place to rest or something...

I'm just not happy with them. I think its that the pupils are too big or something like that. But I spent a lot of time trying to get them looking correct and nothing seemed to look right
For me its always been an interesting concept. I honestly always thought the idea of somebody being befriended by something so large and powerful that could just as easily end your life in an instant was a cool one, and very interesting to explore. Other than that I couldn't really explain exactly what draws me to this particular part of the fandom. I know I'm very much into the gentle protector type role when it comes to macros.
Another reason could be that I honestly am very socially awkward and feel like I stand out, so I've sorta represented that in my character's design. Kayko is very shy and often ends up in situations where he does become macro and the center of attention, something he really dislikes. In his macro state he can't fly or run away either without causing severe damage so he just has to sort of stay and stick in out.
Or it could just come down to a power trip. Nobody would want to mess with with somebody who is 90ft tall. Haha!
