I am really beginning to start believing that I do my best work when I pull these last minute stunts XD I am entering two wood burning into the county fair this year for judging and already paid for a natural entry and a colored entry. My natural entry is going to be my Patriotic Eagle, and my colored entry was going to be my masked man from my Elven Masquerade pair but I did not add as much color as I originally planned so I felt that he no longer represented a true colored wood burning. So...on the fly....I decided to create this =P

My original design was to be a cross between a Spriggan (the tree like creatures from Skyrim) and a BJD doll I had seen while browsing and wishing I could afford one XD The head/face had a much more evil look to it, mainly to keep with the Spriggan appearance and just...I don't know...something was just too off about it...so I did an overhaul of the head and actually went crazy with the detailing on it. I am still not happy with the shape of her face, but its growing on me. I have a long way to go, but I am confident I will have her finished in time for the fair on Tuesday =)

This is a wood burning. The color was added using watercolor pencils, only in this stage they have not yet been blended in yet.
