Aaaah, how delighted I am that you posted this here! I remember seeing this on your tumblr and I was looking forward to the opportunity that I could put my word in. Perhaps I could have just been less lazy and noted you but I feel that would be getting a bit excessive.

ANYWAY, rambles aside, oooooh Roy <3 How delighted indeed I am to see these pictures of him. I don't know if I've even commented in a picture of Roy yet, to be honest. I feel too strange commenting with all my mushy gushy complements on a character that, while very beautiful, is so very very dangerous.

I do thank you for telling me about Intigams so long ago, as I must admit, I have developed a very heavy appreciation for the overall concept behind them. Truth be told, it is not the brutal revenge that intigams commit that interests me so, but rather, I find myself extremely fascinated by their very being. I'm not sure if it's completely correct, but I just love the idea behind beings who's sole reason for existence is to act out upon the injustices that have been committed against it, a being born out of rage, fueled by revenge, empowered by passion, a being of radiant chaos! Even more so, I love that, despite their superiority, they are still beings who can be reasoned with, and eventually, someone you can relate to. This sort of thing is right up my alley, and it has given me hours upon hours of fun just thinking up scenarios involving intigams!

This is the point where I FINALLY bring up Roy because ooooooooh Roy <3 It is not often that I lend my imagination to a character for more then a little while, but Roy is just such an interesting character that I can't help but think about what his story must be. It is so fascinating to see the contrast between his caerran form and his intagam forms. He carries a subtle yet very unnerving air of danger to him. It makes him rather horrifying, and at the same time, oddly exciting. This Enitan fellow has to be one of the bravest guys I know X_X

I could go into detail on all the little things that I like about his design (namely his color scheme ooooooh <3) but I feel that's a little bit beside the point. I know that some time in the future, there will be a story out there for him, and I sincerely look forward to reading it!

p.s. I know I'm EXTREMELY late on this topic, but I purchased your art book when it came out. This comment has gotten long enough and I've waited way too long to write something long winded, so I will just say that I thoroughly enjoyed it! There are definitely some very memorable pieces from it that I still remember X_X

p.p.s. I know it kind of defeats the entire point of this comment but my GOODNESS, higher intigam Roy is absolutely dashing ._. Despite being a little more refined then his current self, I think I would still keep my distance. He does not seem like the kind of person who would suddenly become a nice person after becoming a higher intigam haha

Oh my god, your comment literally gave me chills of joy! *o* Knowing, that someone is so interested, that someone puts so much thought into concepts and characters you create is like...a happiness injection of some sort! XD Thank you so so much for sharing your thoughts in this long and delicious comment!

Now to the point! We are fans of intigams ourselves, haha and Roy is one of our team's favourites xD Funny thing is, he once used to be a minor character, but then, with the very concept of Chronorahn being massively re-vamped and intigams being developped he slowly moved into "main characters club". He now does have a complicated, interesting and long story which in the end comes to a very positive conclusion, so to say. We still have to get to developing his line. But for now, there is a scene in "Straight to Nowhere (which is finally getting translated into English!!), featuring him in the period of his relatively early self-realisation.

ROFL! I really need to try and write a comment on the difference of perception of lower and higher intigams, it really is interesting. (Feel free to remind me to do it some time if I don't do it in the nearest 2 months)
Roy as higher intigam is a good-natured Asshole XD In the final part of his story he lives on Raekterrna and forms a cooperative duet with Ray/Setanu. But while helping the good guys, he still has the shittiest of tempers with Unlimited sarcasm and bitching feature turned constantly "On" to its maximum
