how does this tea taste? I've been meaning to try different oolong teas

the fragrance is often mildly honey . . the flavor is as well . . lightly floral . . not a rosey floral, more of a soft chrysanthemum, it's really hard to tell it's a roasted tea. . lightly sweet, but will get astringent easily. . notes of a typical black tea tastes only smoother, blending well with the honey notes. that was for this harvest, anyway. teas do differ from field to field and farmer to farmer.
