A snapshot of one of my dogs at a dog park. Preacher is an afghan hound, and when he gets going he can really run. Most of the time he just sleeps or poses majestically, though. ;)

They can deform amazingly while running, thanks to the hair. Sometimes it's really hard to tell there's even a dog under there!

I admit I really like the long fur, but it's his personality that really shines. He's an incredibly sweet and funny dog. :)

again i love your dog though every time i see a afghan hound it reminds me of how very much i miss mariah *my afghan hound who died of cancer back in 89 she was ten years old* though i brings joy to my heart to see such a beautifull creature in full run
