It means the head is mounted traditionally like a lifesize mount (your normal taxidermy full animal mount) with hard foam, glass eyes, and lots of work! And then the body is stuffed with polyfill (stuffed animal stuffing) and sewn up after the paws have been shaped. It is sort of like a stuffed animal, but not a toy! Very cool for educational purposes and anatomy references.
