Lucas asked me to draw a pic for his website about Mewtwo collectables, so this is for the action figures section, presenting Mewtwo pretty much playing with itself XD (pardon the pun <.<). I had fun working on the details of the boxes ^^

Properly? 1x on Mewtwo, it's Water and Bug types that it goes to 3x against.
Canonically? Lucas went in willingly for Skunkhase and being a bondage lover he chose that ball because it fit him the best.
Realistically, for how I'd design a bondage-themed ball with latex ensnaring them from all sides and pulsing over them? In addition to its standard 3x against water and bug, it'd be more effective the more the one that is potentially going to be captured loves being tied up. So it'd be like...not Master Ball rate but between 20-50x against Lucas in a proper "Lucas is seriously trying to evade the capture attempt" scenario.
