yep, Dylan got a new coat!~ its a fairly recent US Army long coat that was a thrift shop find. note the purple Converse, blue slacks, tacky button down, blue bow tie (they are cool after all!~) and the suspenders!
suspenders are sometimes worn along with a Soviet Union Navy belt. another thrift shop find (worn as a piece of history, not as support for communism)
he also wears a Greek fisherman hat, which is optional!~
