For Koichi, he asked me to draw his corvid ranger character. I have a not so secret love for drawing avians so I was happy to oblige. Like all corvids he has a thing for shiny objects, so he has little bits of metal and other things pinned to his collar, and I bet if you dumped out those belt pouches a bunch of shiny stones would fall out. We also got into an interesting discussion about whether or not a bird would use his own feathers to fletch their arrow or if that might be considered bad luck. Maybe you use the feathers of your enemies!
(As also wondered if intelligent birds ate chicken...)

This actually remind me of an amusing anecdote. When I orginally made this picture of a Sword of the Stars Morrigi ( http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8264692/ ), I posted it on forums for the SOTS game, in which universe they are a trade race.
In reaction to this(along with comments from the developpers themselves, which made me happy of what I had made), these comments happened:
"I wonder, do they stuff pillows with their own feathers?"
After which someone responded with this mock "conversation" in a comment:
"Morrigi General: Wrong! Trader! What is best in life?
Morrigi Trader: To crush your competition, have their profits driven before you, and to stuff your pillows with their feathers.
Morrigi General: That is good! That is good!"
This was the most amusing twist of that scene from Conan that I had heard of in a long while ^^;
