Jackie has been a bad yena, and bad yenas in this asylum get moved up to maximum security. Which include a closet sized padded cell and an extra tight straitjacket body-sack, accompanied by an improved muzzle. To top it off he's got a new piercing! This has him rather upset though, and explains his squirming and struggling, he knows this particular tag is only pierced on the asylums more permanent residents.
Regardless of how long he calls this facility home, I'm sure he'll be well taken care of. ;)
