After her head was severed, Twilight was very surprised to find that, not only was she still alive, but so was her body! However, try as she might she couldn't control it. She watched as it got up and trotted over to Pinkie, who removed the executioner's mask she'd been wearing.

The two of them had a whispered conversation (How her body could talk without her, Twilight had no idea) before advancing on her, a cheerful grin on Pinkie's face.
