Wonderfully wicked and beautifully flavoured brownies from the kitchens of  thegayhare

My mom had me cranking out cookies for a work bake sale so I made 4 batches of Chocolate chip cookie bars, and three batches of nummy Apple Brownies

what you'll need

2 sticks butter (melted)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 peeled and diced apples
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups 6 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon

Method
in bowl cream butter and sugar
Mix in eggs, apples, vanilla and nuts (optional)
in separate mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and Cinnamon
gradually blend flour mixture into the wet, until the batter is smooth
in a greased baking dish (I prefer bakers joy spray, its a non-stick spray with flour blended in) bake at 325 for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean

its not part of the recipe but she also had me melting down caramels and drizzling them over the brownies too
