Here we go with your yearly dose of creepy and surreal paintings. For this one I was tying a new technique with acrylics, but it only worked so-so ...
Anyway, the original idea of this piece was taken from some kind of graphic novel (I think it was something about zombies). And despite the graphic novel being not so great, that one picture somehow just stuck with me. So I decided to use the concept for a furry piece with a completely different meaning (so, no zombie hands ...).

(and damn me and my triple negative sentences: I meant (if unclear) you got yourself already at least one bidder for it since it could find a place next to https://www.furaffinity.net/view/6443034/)
And here I thought I'd set the starting bid a bit lower since you already have a piece that would go great with this one ... But I never expected to happen what happened at EF ...
Thank you so much, seriously! I was so surprised when someone came to me while I was in the Dealers' Den to tell me about the news. Wow, just wow ... o.o

I nearly replied before EF that luck was not really a factor in the bidding when you're determined (and can afford your determination while being at bit "crazy" enough to follow your feeling about it).
It wasn't really a surprise for me to have to fight someone at the auction (and I'm still sad I had to) but I'd have really regretted to travel home without it.
Thanks a lot again to you for your meaningful art
