oh! I know! what's her name........???? I totally forgot!!!
But I know she was on SNK vs Capcom: Chaos and Gem Fighter!!!
I liked her much more on Gem Fighter mostly because of her powers there (and of course the chibi looks)

Heck yeah! Oh her cloak could be wings with feathers -nope too easy- Or it could just be cloth with decorations -hell no, you can't have it that easy!- But noooo, it has to be a mix of cloth with feathery stuff at the top, and friggin' bat claws!

I know worse on decorations. Try drawing Baltier from Final Fantasy XII. His shirt alone has a million and two little designs.
