Using this image for a journal to give an idea of how I could cross over furry characters with the Zelda characters.

 ambient_mutt is being used to show how he could have the Goron markings from Twilight Princess but still look mostly like himself.

Eva is depicted as both Midna (top right) and Tetra (bottom right). She is basically like the actual character with a few changes to paws, muzzle, and ears. Tetra Eva is shaded some since the cartoony lines are very basic and not as detailed. Midna Eva is not shaded due to all the intricate lines in the head mask.

These are just some examples to give you an idea of how I can play around with details, shading, and overall concepts. Hope this helps :)
