Hehe part of a serise of pics I have of Wakko where I have him joined up with some mobster characters of mine. They give him a slightly different outfit and hat (which is why he's in a shirt like that). This picture was so cute it didn't matter what the rest of the pictures were about, so I submitted this by it's self.
