Bio: Morning Scar isn't your typical meathead. He's kind, generous, and always doing good deeds. With his trusty electric flail, he goes out and fights evil doers and giant monsters whenever he can. No one pays him, he just does it cause he's that kind of person. Hey may not be the strongest mass of muscles, but he's arguably one of the smartest and calm-headed.
Morning Scar was a shoe-in for the Elemental Force. He knows how to use the flail. Just swing it around and hit stuff. His flail is massive, and loaded with an electric generator inside. It does need to be switched out from time to time, but that's the price you pay for a powerful weapon.
Abilities:
A: Epic Flail: He can use his flail in several ways, other than swinging it around. He can detach the ball to create an electric obstacle on the ground. He reatachs a new ball to his flail. He can also spin his flail rapidly and suck in opponents. Finally, he can slam his huge flail into the ground and create a storm of electricity.
B: Shock Enforcer: Morning Scar spins his flail in the air rapidly to charge up electricity, then swing it forward to release a wave of electricity. The longer he charges, the wider the beam. He can thrust his flail forward and cause the flail to stiffen, allowing him to move the electric flail around to accurately hit opponents. Finally, he can enchant his flail with a recurring thunderbolt, giving him limited power.
