As I was working on these cards (because they are kind of fun to do), it makes me look back on my own graduation day and compared the moments how I felt then and how I felt now. Back in Highschool, I was so sure what I want to do, and that what I do would be enough to support myself. Come college graduation, I was a little less sure with my major in Wildlife Conservation, but I was optimistic.
I do not regret the choices I have made, but I do kind of muse over the missed opportunities to help me be more prepared for the real world such as volunteer work or internships back when I was still a college student. I'm still learning.
And currently applying for jobs ^^;

What kind of classes and majors have you dabbled in? But I think college is a good opportunity to learn about who you are. Of course just the lectures and the labs is not enough to prepare you for the real world, it's getting your hands dirty and actually working you realize if you like or don't like what you're doing.
Yes, I did stick with my major and got a degree, just wished I did some more exploration. My units unfortunately were pretty much maxed out though.

That's pretty cool. Adobe Illustrator could be learned at community colleges, and a mouse? That's like trying to draw with a bar of soap ^^;
Yeah art school, I heard bad things about it where people need to be super productive and super competitive and the grading system really sucks (I wouldn't really know, I don't go to art school, just the community colleges) but good for you! =)
You know it's not really our diploma that matters (it helps I'm sure) but you have just a good chance of getting a job as me as far as I'm concerned. Getting a college degree is like a dime in a dozen and I think people hiring are looking more at if you have earned a masters or your skill sets (and ahem, Google and Facebook, excuse me some privacy here!?)
