Because I clearly need more characters. At least he has a design of sorts now.
Green computer colors with a intent to be circuity, his antenna are fiber optic and glow at the tips...I suppose he uses them to "hack" stuff.
He is probably my first semi malicious trickster, he will be the instigator of some situations I can't "practically" just go "oops it happened".
He is powered by bad hollywood computer science, to the point he can pull people into THE INTERNET, however they end up a bit more buggy in the internet until they leave.
Now I need to decide if he is an asshole and uses crass language...

SpiderDaSquirrel for helping me design him. Pretty much the only thing I designed and survived without more than a "Oh that's good" was the base character colors. Also those wings are awesome and extra thanks for help with those.
