I need to improve my style as well, especially if i wanna make my own manga like I've been desiring since I was 14. However, you're definitely ahead of me, this looks like a cross between Bleach and Fist of the North Star.

I like Bleach up to a certain point, and i ahve yet to see Fist of the North Star, mostly due to its brutal and gory nature.
