Yeah...I tend to smoke normal cigarettes by preference, but I keep the E-cig for times I'm around the hospital, or unable to take the time to properly light up. Cheers though, and awesome purchase! If I might ask, what was the price of that, by rough estimate? I -really- dig he retro gaming theme.
Could be because you are either sensitive to the PG or VG or you aren't drinking enough water and fluids.
I'm sensitive/allergic to PG in the juices so much so that my throat will swell if I vape too much of a high PG juice.
I also have the dry throat if I don't drink enough either

PG is propylene glycol and VG is vegetable glycerin
PG gives you the throat hit like a cig and VG gives you the vapor. Juice mixes come in all types of variances like 50/50 30/70 ect. The higher PG juice gives you more of that throat hit/burning feeling like a big drag on a cig would and more VG in a juice gives you tons of vapor but less throat hit.
Some people have said too much VG makes them flemmy and their sinuses run ect. Too much PG to some people can swell, irritate, and burn other's throats and mouths. Just depends on each person and their sensitivities to things. A lot of vendors like Mount Baker Vapor will allow you to have different ratio mixed juices. For me 70vg/30pg and 80vg/20pg work really well for me since I'm partially allergic to PG and makes my throat swell and hurt.

I haven't tried the 1st one but I know that there is no glue anymore, all the pieces are replaceable, and the mouthpiece is a better design.
iVape.net sells them for only $17 with two atomizers. The 5 packs of atomizers are only $6 too. I saw a guy rebuild his Kanger atomizer though >.>
I have a rebuildable atomizer as well (the Terminator C tank) but its huge. I haven't tried rebuilding a standard atomizer <.<

The Terminator C is great but like I said, its huge. The thing holds about 7.5ml >.>. You really need a bigger battery like a Lavatube for it to fit right. If you put it on a standard Ego battery, it just looks stupid X3 Also, if you drop it, you're screwed since its so top heavy.
Overall, rebuildable atomizers are cool but they take a bit of practice to get right. I'm a jeweler so I'm used to working with small things and it even took me a few tries to get a hang of it. Still takes me 15min to do though. Not something I'd ever recommend to your average E-vaper.

My only fear of that one and ones similar to it is that they are top wicking so you'd have to prime it real good before you started vaping and still would probably get a dry hit if you were vaping faster than it could wick. IDK though, I haven't tried them. The Kanger is one of the few bottom wicking tanks out there. The Terminator C is too but its got a grey area and since its so huge, can't really have less than 1ml left in it. I find myself using it and then stealing juice from it to put in other tanks later on when I'm waiting on more drops in the mail. XD
Phil has been doing RBAs and did this little experiment a bit ago and recently said he's loving 500mesh for wicking http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iSo4kBBVoyk
Its a Kanger Protank 1
They have a new version though, the Protank II http://ivape.net/index.php/vmchk/Ka.....nk-2-SALE.html
