i got mine pretty much at a yard sale too xDDDDDD

its a dell latitude, which i dont know anything about but im pretty sure its old considering it has 1 usb port and i have to use a usb keyboard to type cause the keyboard on the laptop dont work xD

Wow and I though I was suffering at 512MB, but I'm stuck with a monitor only capable of 680 x 420 rez which in my mind is more of a handy cap.

Wow what sort of processor do you have? Mine's a Pentium two, a solid bit of hardware. But the only thing that makes this box suck is the monitor, the lack of a frontside headphone jack, and the afore mentioned RAM.

A yard sale computer? Geeze you got swindled, there's no way that thing is worth a hundred dollars, except perhaps as scrap. This machine was completely free though so I only complain a little.

Yeah. And have you noticed how ridiculously long this conversation has become? I have laptop that I need to have fixed. A part that was fixed before and I was garunteed wouldn't break again, did. The AC adaptor port on the back of the machine. Really sucks to have lost that lappy, it was handy even if it was finicky.

My computer's so old, I take a hammer and a stone chisel and carve the words into text windows in order to type any replies.

...but at least I have 2 USB ports.
