OMG, how often do you see THIS!? HUH!?
This is Stjerne (Pronounced ST-Y-ERN; Dutch for Star). Stjern is a Staryu who is often criticized for the fact that he never talks...and the fact that he has no material body. He uses his own psychic energies to hold up a psycho-kenetic body that allows him to use gloves as hands, and also to decorate himself like other students. The reason he never talks is that unlike other psychic pokemorphs, something in his mind makes him unable to telepathically communicate.

In this picture, Stjerne is obviously angry at an Eevee...but even I don't know why. XD
