sorry no muscles here just my characters Aluni and Sargon on a winter day. ^^

history:
Was the second son to king Proteus who focused on the first one being the next in line and gave Sargon his name as a joke meaning "true king" and was planning exile for Sargon When he becomes of age. Yet that didn't come to past since the first son had other plans which he ended up leaving Liverpool and marrying into power in some other city which infuriated his father and lead Sargon to be the next air. As the next in line Sargon made marriage requests to other cities since it was mandatory for him to marry royal blood but all requests were denied. Sargon's father to compensate for for the insulted feeling from his first son spent most of his time insulting Sargon and targeting citizens. One of the insults was suppose to be getting married to Aluni who was the lowest down the line in royal blood, going to a commoner marriage could lead to war. The marriage proved to be more helpful than damaging to Liverpool and Sargon who had two children but it didn't bring much interest to their city though but made Proteus stay home and grovel more leaving Sargon and Aluni to start some small transitions.
Sargon spent most of his time observing the Tal Council, taking part in festivals and minor events, or developing ideas for the future of Liverpool while under Proteus's rule. The ideas took form during Sargon's rule which were the formation of a piping and irrigation system under Liverpool using the river that cuts through, a peer with lighthouse to protect Liverpool from storm surges, mountain water diversion to try to keep Liverpool safe from mountains collapsing or mud slides. Sargon's rule didn't start out even close to anything good which was caused by a tsunami that caused Proteus to ran from responsibility to take action for Liverpool and Aluni died a few days after which had two days of mourning then Sargon took action.
The first being sending a request for aid from the other city states finding out that they are not the only one hit by the wave but the increase number of cities needing aid didn't help get any aid for the coast but actually made the other inland cities conspire and agree with a majority vote to not help and that the coastal cities have to still keep to their agreements with the other cities still which was a large blow to the coastal cities. So Sargon started to get in contact with the rest of the coast and agreed to ask foreign countries for assistance which Liverpool played a larger roll for being a overlooked city. The aid from foreign countries formed the first foreign city quarters, outposts, and villages in over a half century that had a few foreign magic regulation leniencies and half of the Coastal fishing and trade agreement which stabled the coastal cities for the most part.
Making final touches to the Coastal fishing and trade agreement Sargon and other coastal rulers decided to form the East Tal Coastal Alliance (ETCA). Sargon was not a major seat in the alliance but did have secret power in ETCA becoming the first city to start forming the first spy network between united between city states in the Tal States. The alliance cost Sargon that both his children have to go into arranged marriages with his son having to wait until he comes of age for it but the good it did though was bring some investment to Liverpool that was direly in need which started a small mining and lumber industry with rebuilding their fishing as well establish make it safer since they don't have to compete with the other coastal cities.
By the time Thass's Revolution started Liverpool has finished most of it's innovating developments from Aluni and Sargon's ideas and were mostly doing touch ups. When it seemed like Thass was moving to a all out war ETCA voted down a involvement of all cities to strike back at inland cities to leave it to a city against city bases like it always has been in Tal. The problem only came to ETCA when Thass lost a battle and decided to change the direction of his attack which lead to Liverpool. No time to gather the Alliance up Sargon prepared for battle outside of Liverpool which he lost having to flee for getting wounded. Back at Liverpool Sargon decided to change his tactic and succeeded in getting Liverpool peacefully under Thass's control making Thass have a secret alliance with the ETCA.
The secret did eventually get out and after the end of Thass's war the ETCA was forced to be broken up but not before Sargon converted the spy network and any possible resistances to the start of a secret society sending people all over the world with hopes to unite Tal and other countries as well to form a united base of knowledge between supporters. The societies name goes through quite a few changes but eventually lands on the name Odd.
The end of Sargon's rule was caused by an assassination which was meant to try and remove any thing left of the ETCA by killing all leaders related to ETCA which assassination was one of the less torturing or gruesome though nothing directly from another city force to make it seem less like an attack from the other city states. This lead to the reign of Miles who renamed the Liverpool to Sargon and helped improved sea going vessels from Liverpool.

Facts:
- Sargon has a phobia of deep water, being outside on rainy days, and drowning since the tsunami
- Though he has a phobia he does put it to good use by doing negotiations out on a small gazebo like structure surrounded by water to hide his expressions
- the beads in his hair is a Liverpool/Sargon tradition with one bead meaning apprentice, a second meaning married as shown and a third meaning expert.
- expertise is usually determined by ones self but can be taken by ones master that the served a apprenticeship under.
- Aluni and Sargon's favorite festival is the festival of forgiveness which multiple-colored silkies (black boned chickens) are put in a pen with multiple strings crossing over it. People attach pieces of paper to it with the paper having another string tying a piece of corn or grain to it. Based on the color of the silkie that pulled down your paper determines what troubles you need to forgive someone of or troubles you caused that you need to fix.
- the high priestess is usually the one who determines how the silkies are feed before the festival
