Alright here we go! One of my -most- detailed sailors yet XD
Sailor Galaxy!

Her skirt and gloves represent outer space. She is an alien from unknown origin who came to Earth in attempts to find Sailor Sun and the others. Her role is much similar to that of Sailor Saturn and her personality as well.

Attacks: Nebulae Blast (pictured): Powerful energy beams that give moderate damage to an enemy
Galactic Heartache: Similar to the Nebulae Blast, but more condensed energy, requires higher concentration
Blackhole Consumption: An attack on the mind, puts them in a vegetative state for a temporary amount of time

I did the skin a little different on this one, I tried some different tones on it :'D
