if Anyone wonders she is cosplaying as Rugal from King of Fighters
I thought that was Rugal. Lol I love it and of course King of Fighters one of the greatest fighting games ever made.

I figured Rugal would make for a more interesting cosplay rather then something more obvious like Shiranui Mai or Asamia Athena ^^

It was a wise choice. Shi really looks great in Rugal clothes. She looks so elegant yet ready to kick anyone's ass that wants to mess with her. As much as I love Mai she is very much used a bit too much, but I'm not complaining lol. ^_^
