You guys won't believe how easy it is to make a future city scape. I did and it was super easy.

Basically, this city scene is one of my pics that I threw some normal filters at along with some Photoshop 3D.Basically, what I did is this:

1. Desaturated the pic (or convert to black and white).
2. Apply the Extrude filter (you chose the values but I upped mine a lot)
3. Convert to a 3D plane (not the two plane but the single)
4. Adjust the 3D'd image using the 3D rotate tools until you find what you like. In this case I tilted the scene backward to that it looks like you're looking slightly up.
5. For some added look, I added some quick bluish windows to some of the towers.

This whole scene is one of my deskpics just 3D altered.

I got one more to show and the buildings look like the ones seen in San Francisco from the Star Trek Reboot movies.
