On a less idiotic note, I've always liked the idea of the eternal warrior. It also reminds me of the fate of many soldiers who find themselves with no more wars to fight.

sometimes old warriors can be neat. I like how dc comics has the golden age flash and green lantern still around and fighting in the justice league even though theyre pushing 90 or so.
