Anyhow I decided that he's a sentient zombie, recently dead. He mostly has control over himself, but cant remember who he was when he was alive. He wants to get closer to humans in hopes of finding his past and his family, if he has one. Unfortunately he still gets hungry, and when he smells blood he flips out and goes all rouge zombie and tries to eat peoples brains. You cant see them here but some of the live wires that killed him are melted into the skin on the backs of his arms, and he sometimes electrocutes peeps with them when he goes nuts
