"Best conductor electricity, a precious metal which appreciates more in value than gold, a product of Supernovas and a very strong metal indeed." - Karakuri said as he looked at the new coin in his paw - "Yep! I will master metal through this metal."

Right now:
1 oz silver = 25$ to 30$ Canadian.
1 oz silver = 1050$ Canadian
However! I said the appreciation is more, in value, that is the percentage it gains in value compared to the original purchase price.
Silver appreciates by as much as 100% of its own value, i know that cause I have been following this stuff for a while and silver went from 50$ to 25$ in about a year. Gold only fluctuates slightly compared to its original value, about 5%, (yes I know 5% of 1000$ is double that of 100% of 25$)
The last I checked silver went up by as much as 2000% in value since the early 20th century, where as Gold went up by as much as 200% (although this one varies a lot depending on the region)
No, Gold in its purest form is in fact is a weaker conductor (only slightly though), but silver tarnishes which weakens the conductivity to under that of Gold, which is why sensitive equipment has Gold.
In fact the best conductor is Diamond.

A gold bar (brick) is about $250 000.
*drools*
I say buy some silver coins NOW. Silver fluctuates between 25$ and 36$ in Alberta. Buy it when its closer to 25 and sell it when its closer to 36, and just keep doing this. Silver isn't that expensive, so you ca own some and make a bit of cash. That's my primary goal right now.
Who knows maybe that gold bar isn't that far.
