One question: Did you use an LED flashlight, or has this been color-adjusted in Photoshop? The light seems too hot (blue) for a normal flashlight exposure

Thanks man! It's pretty easy: A longer exposure to catch the cloud trails, and a quick hit to the crypt with a flashlight.

I'm not sure. But my impression is that the dramatic foreground lighting on the crypt works great. The background light of the stars and the street lighting works great. But together, the foreground and background compete and leave my eyes wandering all over the picture without a place to rest or draw my attention. If the background was toned down it would help to strengthen the foreground.

I'm lurving the perspective.

It makes one wonder just who Elmore Coe was, and what sort of life he lived. Gorgeous image, as always... the surreal long-exposure lighting kind of makes the whole thing look computer generated, like something out of a 'Myst' game.
