Name: Rubius Cort
Nickname: Flame Fanner
House: Heat
Age: 31
Gender: Male
Species: Turkey
Bio: Rubius Cort is an undefeated champion of martial arts. He's HUUUUGE!!! so his opponents are often intimidated by this mighty giant at the start. The ones who DON'T become intimidated, however, find out that this massive martial artist is hard to hurt. Slow but steady, he can easily stand through almost any type of punch or kick thrown at him, and reverse it tenfold. Flame Fanner is also a decent firemancer. He only uses his fire powers outside the ring, when mobs of poor sports try to maim him before or after a bout.
Not surprisingly, Rubius is the biggest member of the Elemental Force, as well as the bulkiest. ...But unfortunately, he's also the slowest. His low speed is off-shot by his incredible resistance to pain, so he will last longer in a fight than others probably could. He is also the captain of the Flame house.
Abilities:
A: Blackbelt: Feel the power of Flame Fanner's mighty fighting technique. Better for quick and accurate beatdowns, Flame Fanner displays his in-ring power by showing of his strength. He can throw fans with such power that it can hurt opponents. His flame charge can plow through crowds without flinching, but only a short distance. He can also stomp his foot down on near-by opponents, which can really hurt if it connects. Still crowded after a flame dash? Flame Fanner pushes his wings outward, sending opponents back, but does not deal damage on its own.
B: Mushu Turkey: Don't want to fight him with fighting skills, then perhaps his scorching firemancy might be more your style. Overall more powerful than his other form, but harder to use. He can send waves of fire outward in big arks. Not terribly damaging, but cover a large area. Don't get to close to this giant, or he can ignite himself to counter any attack, dealing massive damage to gullible foes. He can also jump up and come down with a stomp, which summons a small circle of fire where he lands and deals good damage. ...But all hope is lost if he uses his final attack. He can summon a horrific wall of flames in a huge radius around him, dealing massive damage, and usually instant death if you cannot escape fast enough. It won't matter to him that it takes around 8 seconds to pull off this mighty move, as he can brace himself for any oncoming pain during then, which means he cannot be interrupted. ...No, I don't think you want to have Flame Fanner as an enemy. He's just so... so powerful. You must respect him, for he will always win. ...All aboard the hype train. Choo choo!
(In all seriousness, though, besides the fact that he's so slow, he also doesn't have good ranged moves. As well, his final fire burst is a bit risky, as he can still take damage in it. He is, in fact, designed to be a tank, not a god as the description might suggest.)
Edit: Actually, I incorrectly named the element. It's supposed to be the Heat element, not the Flame element. That's because the idea behind the element was that characters could use other hot methods of attack BESIDES fire.
