This is just the start, of course, of what I have planned for this character for M.U.G.E.N. This standing animation is a huge and important step even though it is not very far into the entire sprite, but from this I know scaling, colors, and shading for the rest of animations.

I know it is big right now, but from the advice of others I've decided to make him a high resolution sprite, so what you are seeing now is actually twice the size of what it will look like in game.

Next I have to work on the idling while crouching animation. Then his punch attacks :).

I have trouble with flash, so I couldn't figure out how to change the background color, so white was all I could use.
