Eichelhäher (Eye-hill-hare), a young griffon from Germany who was pressured into being a test subject for experiments conducted by the anarchist, Krähe in hopes she would be able to stop being exploited by those stronger than her. As a result of this experimentation, she has attained supernatural power, at the cost become something akin to a zombie, with a rapidly decaying body that she must keep stitched and wrapped in bandages to keep from falling apart.

Even with her newly bestowed powers and practically immortal body, she is still a target for abuse and mistreatment from the rest of Krähe's experiments.

For fifty years this has gone on. She's lived through constant abuse at the hands of Krähe, having anyone she could consider a friend die from the lab's faulty equipment, everything. Only now, with Krähe dead, can she finally return to the outside world. But how is she going to adapt now that she's little more than a talking corpse?

The mere thought terrifies her.
