How to teach a finch going through tunnel trick.
Step by step:
1. Put a favorite seed or toy inside the tunnel.
2. Put your finger through the other end so he can see it's safe to get the food.
3. Once he's inside and gets the food, start making the food farther away from the tunnel entrance and finally on the table surface outside the tunnel. My Pipi was at this stage in this video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eLLtRIxRL7g
4. No longer need toys or food to lure him to play with the tunnel. Just tap the tunnel, he'll enter and out anytime, it's part of his new favorite toy now. He might also use it as his hiding spot/hut to sleep in. Pipi is already in this stage now actually. He's a fast learner! :heart: I'll upload more videos of her when she's less afraid with the video camera. :)
