Ok, this is going to take some explanation. I like many people follow fellow artist
S-L-B and was introduced to this excerpt from a short film by Uli Meyer that was either never completed or never released to the public. Now, while SLB's main goal with this was to introduce us to a curvy toon girl by the name of Tina, I kind of dug the feel of this short from this excerpt. This kind of super hero movie involving toons, like Batman mixed with Who Framed Roger Rabbit?. So given by the title of the film, I figured that the main character would probably be some toon duck fighting crime and was planning to do a supposed look at with this character's visual design would be. However, the design took on a life of it's own as I developed my own character based on this concept and a possible series around it. I will explain more when I've finished and finalized the character design later but hears a teaser for the character. Please Enjoy.

While I love the fourth doctor, he did not influence the design. The Duck's visual design was more inspired by kind of stereo-typical detective gear, superhero aestethics, and the pulp fiction hero, The Shadow. This isn't entirely the final design for the character. I have a different palette in mind for his costume and will be posting that later, either next week or the week after.
