history:
Was born with the name Uni which was given by one of her parents meaning "my light". She was raised as a Sister under the Guardianess but was a very energetic child. When older she showed promise with festivals and had a way with the way she talks to the masses in Liverpool leading to her eventually being high priestess. A few weeks being the high priestess she was pushed into a forced marriage with Sargon for being one of the few that are left in Liverpool with royal blood or any sort of power in Liverpool. The other reason for the marriage is that no lady outside of Liverpool wanted to rule a city that has no power what so ever with the Tal Council.
Upon marriage she changed her name to Aluni which was said to mean "our light". When visiting the Tal Council she provide to be quite like able by some enough to have a few admires but not enough to bring interest to Liverpool which did lead to some poor judgment of some royals marrying/snatching up/executing religious figures. Over time with her marriage with Sargon they developed better relations being both visionaries for Liverpool planing out ideas for the city when it transfers rule from Sargon's Father to him.
Through her life she had three pregnancies one was a stillbirth while the other two were a boy and a girl. Her life was ended short after a tsunami struck Liverpool and all along the Tal States' East coast. Sargon's parents who live in a castle on higher ground up river ran from the responsibility leaving for Sargon's older brother. Aluni still alive and the rest of her family spent most of their time helping survivors and starting the rebuild of Liverpool. Aluni died shortly after the tsunami of a hemorrhage.

Tsunami's affect on the Tal States:
-one is that it lead Sargon to be ruler of Liverpool but also lead to the East Tal Coastal Alliance (ETCA) and Coastal fishing and trade agreement. The ETCA was formed to send assistance to other coastal countries when under threat or natural disaster strikes. Though it doesn't help with a repeat of the same disaster but makes a sense of togetherness of the experience since the Tal Council objected to send aid. The agreement was formed to agree on stop pirating each other's fishing boats as well starting of fish migration mapping for the better of the coastal cities. The trade half of the agreement is to promote foreign trade and among themselves.

Facts:
- Aluni has some minor foresight ability but it is more of a feeling of the future so it is describe as good conscience
- In Tal tradition it is custom for all brides to have a unique dress, and if someone knows that they are not wearing a unique dress, it is their job to add a blemish to it.
- in Tal religion there is only one God and each city state has a guardian that serves the one god
- the winged symbol is for the guardianess
