One of my passions is to color. I know there has been argument before on whether or not "coloring" is considered art. To me it is. To me, Art is a passion, and this is my passion.
I can get lost in coloring a peice for hours on end. Trying to find the right colors to compliment each thing, to bring out the desired mood or feel that the artist who drew the piece was conveying.
When I saw this picture, I knew I had to color it. To try new things that i've not explored before. I'm very glad she gave me the chance to do so.

Thank you. I wanted to do something that was a little diffrent from the usual green,red,black, bronze ect. colors. ^__^
I felt that this was sort of whimsical fairy like. Although being a dragon? I certainly woudln't underestimate her maternal protectivness. ^^

Wow hun, this is LOVELY! You did a wonderful job picking out the colors for the dragon's fur and wings! They go very well together! And the whole thing looks super clean too!

Eeee! * huggles * This was awesome when I saw it, awesome when I stuck it up on my desktop, and guess what? ITS STILL FRIGGIN AWESOME! ^^
I love the butterfly texture you used for the wings; I've been captivated by it ever since you showed me how you made it. But the blue around the eyes... and the eggshell... and... gah, all of it ish too wonderful to pick any 'favourite' bit!
Now, I'm gonna go soak in a bath. I just slept about 12 hours straight, and I've woken up feeling... yup, tired.

She is certainly a wonderful artist, and I am very grateful she let me color this. [I wanna color more of her work!] Her style reminds me a lot of
