He's a alien. I gave him raichu tails because Raichu is my favorite pokemon out of the electric breed. I was trying to go for something original. I made him human (which was a start, because I hanged out at a sonic forum), then I gave him a unique hair design and then added the tail for more originality
I hope it isn't that much of a problem...=/
