<3 Love the way you've drawn him. I always find it interesting seeing how people construct his head, and what shape they make the mouth/muzzle; I see loads of variations. You version looks very slightly more human-like and adorable. The style is very eye-catching, it could probably be done with chalk/dry application of white paint on corkboard with a black marker or pencil, it's very traditional looking and has a somewhat old-timey charm.

Yeah Bowser has a really weird face!

I think his small nose and big forehead make him look a little more human-like in this.

I believe Bowser and Peaches relationship more than Mario and Peaches. I mostly blame the recent voice acting for Mario, which just gets higher and more childlike every game, to the point that I question if he even has a sexuality, much less a gender. ._.
